The Vocational Staff Assist in overseeing the Work Experience Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge.
This role combines leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.

Lead and oversee a variety of jobs, and minister to students while doing so

Plan and manage daily work assigned for you and your team

Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development

Disciple and mentor students in a work environment

Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations

Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow

Train and lead your team assigned

Strong, mature relationship with Jesus Christ

Agreement with Assemblies of God doctrine and ATC mission

Understanding of addiction recovery and discipleship

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to complete OSHA training
