A growing biotech organization in the MetroWest area is seeking a Operations & Customer Support Coordinator to join their team! This individual will serve as a central support resource across operations, procurement, purchasing, shipping/logistics, and sales support. The team is highly collaborative and open to training the right candidate across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations across procurement, purchasing, logistics, and sales support
- Coordinate shipping, order processing, and vendor communication
- Assist with procurement activities and purchasing workflows
- Provide internal support across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain accurate data within ERP systems
- Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Top Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in operations, procurement, purchasing, or logistics
- Experience working with ERP systems
