Saturn Solar Cleaning is hiring its first outbound Sales Representative to help grow our recurring solar maintenance program throughout San Diego County.
We've earned over 140 five-star reviews and become one of the highest-rated solar cleaning companies in San Diego. Founded in 2022, we're now looking to hire our first outbound Sales Representative as we expand our recurring maintenance program.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a proven door-to-door sales process. If you're willing to work hard, learn, and push through rejection, you'll develop valuable communication and sales skills that can benefit you for the rest of your career.

What You'll Do:
- Canvass residential neighborhoods
- Speak with homeowners about solar panel maintenance
- Sell recurring solar cleaning service plans
- Schedule appointments
- Track activity and sales performance
- Represent the Saturn Solar Cleaning brand professionally
Ideal Candidate:

- Able to handle rejection and stay consistent
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule
- Minimum 15 hours per week
- Most successful reps work 20-30 hours per week
