Maintenance of Early Childcare Facility, Playgrounds, and Property.
20 hours per week.
Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and basic electrical required.
Painting, pressure washing experience helpful.
Have and maintain your own basic hand tools.
Seeking self-starter with the ability to trouble shoot; work independently; and use good judgment in the planning of maintenance schedule and monthly checklist of duties. Ongoing upkeep of facilities and property is paramount.
Position requires successful completion of level II FBI Background Screening and Safe Environment training program.
Pay is commensurate with Experience and Education.
