Company Overview
Wexel Art, based in Austin, creates modern frames that make it easy to showcase art, photos, and collectibles in a clean, gallery-style way. We also partner with independent artists to sell their works, and curate & produce art programs for major retailers like HomeGoods. We are seeking a data-driven, systems-oriented Growth Manager to lead and optimize our marketing efforts. This role is responsible for turning marketing into a measurable, scalable growth engine—spanning acquisition, conversion, retention, and attribution.
You will work with internal teams and manage our external partners to improve performance across all digital channels while building the infrastructure, analytics, and workflows needed to support long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Systems & Automation
- Build and scale HubSpot to improve lead capture, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Develop and optimize email/SMS workflows for acquisition, nurturing, and retention
- Establish clear marketing attribution models to understand channel performance and ROI
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze user behavior across Shopify and landing pages to identify conversion bottlenecks
- Develop and execute A/B tests to improve site conversion rate (current: 0.68%)
- Partner with design and development teams to implement UX/UI improvements
- Idenitify what the bottlenecks are to check out and fix those.
SEO & Online Growth
- Lead SEO strategy aligned with revenue goals
- Improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and inbound lead quality
- Collaborate on content strategy that supports both SEO and brand positioning
Paid Media & Partner Management
- Manage and hold accountable external partners (Google Ads, agencies, creatives, developers)
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with performance targets
- Continuously optimize spend allocation across channels based on performance data
Brand & Content Strategy (Performance-Oriented)
- Guide social and UGC strategy with a focus on measurable growth (not just engagement)
- Develop partnerships with artists, interior designers, and retailers to expand reach
- Identify and scale high-performing content formats and campaigns
Strategic Partnerships & Community Growth
- Build relationships with key organizations (e.g., Moody Center, West Chelsea Contemporary, University of Texas)
- Develop partnerships that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
Analytics & Performance Management
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results
- Track and report on key KPIs including conversion rate, ROAS, and channel attribution
- Provide actionable insights to leadership to guide marketing and product decisions
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or performance marketing
- Embraces AI as a tool to maximize productivity
- Strong experience with Shopify & HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms)
- Proven track record improving conversion rates and marketing ROI
- Experience managing paid media and external marketing partners
- Solid understanding of SEO, and digital analytics (Google Analytics, etc.)
- Highly analytical with strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
- Experience in art, home décor, art, or design-driven brands is a plus
- Extra credit if you have photography or Adobe/Canva design skills
Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
