American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Mother-Baby/Couplet Care/Postpartum (LDRP) position requiring at least 3 years of LDRP experience and an active C-EFM certification.

27-bed Family Center LDRP unit specializing in couplet care, newborn assessment, and antepartum patient services
-
Patient population includes postpartum, newborn, and antepartum patients, with floating to Labor & Delivery to support LDRP needs
-
Labor and delivery scope excludes triage and circulating responsibilities
-
Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00–19:00)

Rotating weekends and holidays required; block scheduling cannot be accommodated

No on-call responsibilities

Active RN license — Maryland or Compact license required, no exceptions

Current certifications: BLS and Certified Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) — both required at time of consideration

Minimum 3 years of current, strong LDRP experience required

Prior acute care RN experience required

Antepartum and EFM experience preferred

Prior travel nursing experience required

Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Two professional references required for consideration

Antepartum/postpartum cross-training is expected in this role

The facility is located approximately one hour from both Baltimore and Washington, DC, offering a suburban setting with easy access to city amenities
