POSITION SUMMARY
The Account Executive is responsible for serving as the intake facilitator to designated physicians, health care facilities, third party payors, case management professionals, attorneys, and other healthcare organizations for the placement of patients.

Education and/or Experience:
- Must have Sales and Marketing experience.

Previous experience as an RN/LPN/RCP in critical care, med/surg or case management preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
English is the primary language of the facility. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent as well as draw and interpret various graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral and/or diagram form. Ability to define and solve problems, interpret data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in statistical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Conduct patient assessments to identify patients for potential admission into the system.

Actively involved in communicating, educating, and planning

Meet budget census goals and quality payer mix for facility or facilities assigned.

Developed relationships and call on referral sources in person with appropriate hospital protocol.

Convert referrals into admissions in a timely manner.

Complete and maintain all required reports.

Knowledge of state and federal regulations that pertain to admissions and marketing.

Perform other duties as assigned.
