Activity Assistant / Driver (Part-Time)

Hours for the position 9:30am- 5:30pm
Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

We’re looking for a dynamic, engaging individual who can lead intellectually stimulating activities for both our Assisted Living and Independent Living residents. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sparking conversation, encouraging participation, and creating meaningful experiences.
You’ll also play a key role in the planning, setup, and execution of celebrations and lifestyle events, helping bring energy and creativity to our community.
- Tech-savvy candidates are a huge plus! You’ll have the opportunity to assist residents with their devices and technology, helping them stay connected with family and the world around them.

- What You’ll Do
- Activities & Engagement
- Help plan and lead fun daily activities & events
- Encourage resident participation and connection
- Support celebrations, outings, and lifestyle programs
- Build meaningful relationships with residents
- Transportation
- Safely drive residents to appointments, shopping, and outings
- Assist residents in and out of the vehicle
- Help maintain clean, safe vehicles
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Friendly, dependable, and positive attitude
- Comfortable leading activities and engaging with seniors
- Tech-savvy is a plus (helping residents with devices!)
- Previous senior living experience preferred
