Black Tie Ski Rental Delivery in Telluride, CO is now hiring for both Full-Time and Part-Time winter seasonal positions for the 2026-27 ski season. Seeking proactive and energetic individuals who share our love of the mountains and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Ideal candidates enjoy working in a great team atmosphere and are passionate about providing impeccable customer service to our guests.
*Applicants must be CURRENTLY located in the Telluride region or a 45 min commute to be considered. Shifts can end as late as 9:30pm and start as early as 7am. If commuting, must be comfortable driving in snowy conditions.
Duties include but are not limited to; phone and email reservations from customers, processing office paperwork, replying to customer inquiries and coordinating/assisting operations staff, coordinating staff assignments, and facilitate completion of multiple tasks.
Flexible scheduling is available but MUST be able to work weekends and Holidays. Applicant must also have reliable transportation to and from the office in Lawson Hill.
Applicants must have above average computer skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and compose professional email and text correspondence.
Hourly compensation start at $24-$28 per hour plus additional compensation which includes; Tips (average salary including commissions and tips ranges from $28 to $35 per hour), Ski Pass, Industry Pricing on Equipment, Personal use of Shop Equipment and Tools, Family & Friend Discounts and End of Year Bonus based on hours worked and season completion. Upon completion of the season (4/1/2027) Black Tie Telluride will guarantee an average of $35 per hr. worked.
