We're looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our fast-growing e-commerce warehouse. As a Picker/Packer, you'll help fulfill customer orders by accurately picking products, packing them securely, and preparing shipments for daily carrier pickup.
This is a fast-paced position with opportunities to grow into leadership roles as our company continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately from shelves
- Pack products safely and efficiently
- Label packages for shipment
- Organize completed orders for carrier pickup
- Restock inventory as needed
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Follow warehouse safety procedures
- Meet DAILY productivity and accuracy goals
Requirements
- Able to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable with good attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Warehouse experience is a plus but not required—we will train the right person.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
