About the Role
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment in a fast-paced distribution environment. This position supports operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by helping maintain the timely flow of products throughout the warehouse.
What You’ll Do
Pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or paper tickets
Prepare floral orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
Handle and move inventory throughout the warehouse and cooler environments
Stack, shrink wrap, and stage pallets for distribution
Maintain organization and cleanliness within warehouse work areas
Work safely while meeting productivity and quality expectations
Accurately read labels, product documentation, and shipping information
Partner with team members and leadership to support daily operational goals
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 36 degrees) for the duration of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation. Employees must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected hourly rate for this position is $16.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Onsite position
Schedule: Sunday (7:00 AM start time) and Monday–Thursday (9:00–11:30 AM start times) up to 7PM finish time during peak seasons.
Additional days, hours, or schedule adjustments may be required during holidays or periods of increased business volume
