We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support lead teachers in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children and assisting in their educational and developmental activities while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities tailored to the needs of each child.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages learning, exploration, and social interaction.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior among students.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities to ensure their safety.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while preparing materials for lessons.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns that arise.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive environment for all students.
Skills
- Experience working with children
- 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and classroom management strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educating young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
