We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist/Support Staff to be the first point of contact for the individuals we serve. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.
This person will work in both Oxford and Troy offices to provide consistent coverage at the front desk and to support clinical teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Answer and route phone calls efficiently
- Schedule appointments and notify clinical staff of arrivals
- Assist with basic office tasks (faxing, copying, documentation)
- Support clinical teams by providing scanning support, mailings, outreach, etc.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front office environment
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of receptionist or office experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
