Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. We understand therapists because we are therapists ourselves; we recognize and relate to the unique support that clinicians need each day.
We work together.
As the provider of home health therapy services, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care. We understand the home healthcare setting and are here to support you every step of the way.
We invest in our people.
We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Academy, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, and access to our virtual educational series.
Our patients are what drive us.
We are dedicated to positive outcomes with patient care and satisfaction and are looking for therapy staff/team members who share the same values. We treat each patient as we would want our families and ourselves to be treated.
