Join the NEAT Method team as a Professional Organizer and bring your passion for transforming cluttered spaces into luxurious, smartly appointed homes. You will work primarily in residential environments, collaborating with a small team to deliver personalized organizational solutions that enhance our clients' lifestyles. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills and progress toward a Lead Organizer position within a company dedicated to excellence in home organization. Jobs will be for clients across San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties.
Duties
- Implement organizing processes and tailored solutions effectively
- Perform personal shopping for organizational products
- Provide move-in and move-out unpacking and organizing support
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients, team members, and partners
- Categorize and label areas for space planning
- Assist with training new organizers
Requirements
- Physical stamina to work on feet for several hours, lift heavy items, and climb ladders
- Knowledge of organizational principles and time management
- Strong customer service and team collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
- Professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain discretion
- At least 1 year of experience in home organization, house assistant, nannying, interior design, staging, or leadership roles. (Preferred)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
