Primary Job Functions & Activities
- Prepare proposal materials, presentations, and quote documents ahead of client meetings
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales team members via phone, email, or text
- Conduct follow-up calls and messages with prospects who have not yet responded or onboarded
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Support new customers through our onboarding process and ensure we are providing 5-star levels of service
- Assist current customers with basic service inquiries, routing complex needs to the appropriate team member
- Assist with inbound customer requests via phone, email, and in person.
- Participate in team training to build product and underwriting knowledge in preparation for moving into a sales role
Required Skills & Traits
- Strong desire to learn the sales process and grow into a full-time sales position
- Highly organized with a system and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and transition between tasks efficiently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM or similar technology

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and follow-through
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $18.50– $25.00/hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity for monthly performance bonuses
- Benefits: Stipend provided to be used at your discretion
- Paid Time Off: 40–120 hours of vacation (based on tenure), sick leave (per WA State law)

Requirements
- Washington State Property & Casualty license within 90 days of hire
- One year of sales and/or customer service experience required
