What you'll do:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SMS, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Create and optimize automated email sequences using segmentation and A/B testing
- Manage lead generation campaigns, webinars, podcasts, and virtual events
- Execute personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and SMS
- Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using HubSpot and Apollo
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize results based on data
- Report key performance metrics and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or marketing operations
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot and Apollo
- Experience with email automation, lead nurturing, and CRM management
- Excellent written communication and outreach skills
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
