About the Role
This role is responsible for leading installation jobs, managing a helper, and ensuring high-quality system installs in residential environments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, efficient, and capable of leading installs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and complete residential HVAC system installations
- Manage and direct an install helper/crew member
- Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
- Review job details and execute installs based on sold scope of work
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
- Identify and generate additional opportunities (tech-generated leads/upsells)
- Maintain job efficiency and meet installation timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Proven experience as a lead installer
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation best practices
- Ability to lead a team and manage job sites independently
- Physically capable of handling demanding installation work
- Must have own tools
- Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in confined spaces and residential environments.
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders as required.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
