Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 7th, 2027, to Friday, August 13th, 2027.
Our investment professional roles are open from July 17-August 14, 2026. All other remaining roles will open on September 1st. Your Day to Day:
You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change.
Within our Originations business, you will be responsible for assisting investment professionals in analyzing and securing loans. This includes responsibility for all phases of evaluating new investment opportunities, including cash flow modeling, property valuation, sensitivity analysis, market research, and credit analysis. You will also help manage deals throughout the due diligence and closing process.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Support the evaluation of commercial real estate debt investments across various property types, structures, and geographies. Assist in gathering and analyzing market, economic, and legal data relevant to potential investments.

Help build and update financial models, including cash flow projections, Argus models, and sensitivity analyses, under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in the due diligence and closing process for new debt originations by preparing materials and coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Required Qualifications:

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program graduating between December 2027 and May 2028

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Preferred Qualifications:

Finance, Economics, or Real Estate majors preferred but not required

Strong quantitative skills and proven analytical ability

Understanding of real estate and finance terms and concepts preferred

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: The salary range for this role is $35.00 to $40.00 an hour. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
