Project Manager - Residential Remodeling
We are a craft-forward residential remodeling and custom construction company serving the Twin Cities suburbs. We specialize in full remodels and additions, and we're known for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a level of care that shows in every detail.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our remodeling projects, from pre-construction through final walkthrough. You'll be the person keeping schedules on track, subcontractors coordinated, budgets in check, and clients informed every step of the way.
What you'll do:
- Manage multiple active remodeling projects simultaneously, keeping each on schedule
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and trades, ensuring quality work and adherence to project timelines
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Track project progress, budgets, and change orders in Buildertrend
- Identify and resolve issues before they become delays
- Conduct site visits and quality checks throughout each project
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries to keep work moving
- Work closely with the ownership team on project planning and sequencing
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience managing residential construction or remodeling projects
- Strong working knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software preferred
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable being the face of the company with clients on-site
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several moving parts at once
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A genuine appreciation for quality craftsmanship and doing things right

Pay: $62,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
