Pay & Incentives
- Weekly pay: $1,200–$1,300/week
- CPM rate: 50-60 CPM (increased by 1 CPM annually, max out in 10 years)

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL in good standing
- 21 or older
- Entry-level drivers are welcome — 0 months of experience required
- Minor violations reviewed case by case
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
- Deliver freight safely and on time
- Operate automatic tractor with 48'–53' trailer
- Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
