The Verizon Account Associate spends their days meeting our customers and helping them discover how Verizon account plans deliver the speed and reliability their households deserve.
As a Verizon Account Associate, you will receive sales training on how to connect with customers through in-person conversations about reliable internet and wireless plans. The Verizon Account Associate develops strong sales skills by actively listening to customer needs and ensuring that every account setup is optimized for maximum value and convenience.
