Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in desktop support and end-user services.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ADUC, authentication, and access management.
- Experience administering SCCM 2012.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (3.0+), including automation and Active Directory integration.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to analyze issues systematically, identify root causes, test solutions, and implement changes in production environments.
- Experience learning and supporting new technologies and tools.
Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Active Directory, ADUC, authentication: 2 years (Required)
- PowerShell scripting (3.0+),: 2 years (Preferred)
- desktop support: 4 years (Required)
