Cultivation Associate is an entry-level position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our indoor cultivation facility. This role focuses on maintaining clean, organized grow rooms and assisting with routine plant care under the direction of the cultivation leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Assist with transplanting, pruning, defoliating, staking, and harvesting cannabis plants.
- Water plants and complete other routine plant care tasks as assigned.
- Maintain clean and sanitized cultivation rooms, hallways, and work areas.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Assist with harvesting, bucking, and post-harvest processing.
- Move plants, supplies, and materials throughout the facility.
- Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (CRC) requirements.
- Accurately complete assigned tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.
- Perform other cultivation-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous cannabis, agriculture, greenhouse, nursery, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the company.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to work in a regulated cannabis facility.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks using hands and arms.
- Comfortable working in a warm, humid indoor cultivation environment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: $18.00 per hour
