Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and transmission.
- Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing parts such as engines, transmissions, suspension components, and electrical systems.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to accurately troubleshoot complex electrical problems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to execute repairs efficiently and safely.
Experience
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and automotive electrical systems is essential.
- Skilled in vehicle maintenance procedures across various makes and models, European vehicle experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work with automotive diagnostic tools, power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment effectively.
- Knowledge of vehicle transmission systems, powertrain components, vehicle suspension systems, and alignment techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive client experience.
Schedule: M-F 8-5, pay DOE, own tools is a plus
Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
