Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production / Purchasing Manager to lead our manufacturing and procurement operations. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely sourcing of raw materials, components, and equipment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules that benefit the company.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to prevent shortages or excess stock, utilizing effective inventory management systems.
- Coordinate with production teams to resolve any issues related to material availability or quality concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier performance, production schedules, and inventory status.
- Continuously analyze processes for improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Skills
- Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
