Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support a growing caseload throughout Viera, Suntree, Melbourne, Rockledge, and nearby Brevard County communities.
This position is a strong fit for clinicians who want to maintain control of their schedule while working with a steady flow of cases, collaborative support, and the ability to expand their caseload at a comfortable pace.
>> Who You’ll Work With
You will work with children who may benefit from support in areas such as functional communication, self-help skills, social participation, transitions, tolerance of daily routines, independence, and behaviors that may limit learning or participation in family activities.
Treatment may occur in home, school, daycare, community, or coordinated multi-setting environments, depending on each client’s treatment plan and clinical needs.
>> What You’ll Do
- Assess client strengths, behavioral needs, and functional skill deficits
- Translate assessment results into individualized clinical programming
- Establish measurable treatment objectives and monitor progress toward goals
- Observe RBT performance and provide actionable supervision and coaching
- Analyze trends in session data and determine when treatment modifications are needed
- Collaborate with caregivers to improve consistency across everyday routines
- Complete reassessments and clinical updates required for continued treatment
- Review treatment implementation across settings to promote generalization
- Maintain organized records and meet applicable clinical documentation timelines
