Full-Time Position
The schedule will be organized according to the maintenance needs of the four communities. Some flexibility may be required for urgent repairs, inspections, special projects, or emergencies.
The ideal candidate is someone who is proactive rather than reactive—someone who does not simply wait for something to break, but routinely walks the properties, identifies concerns, completes preventative maintenance, keeps organized records, and takes pride in keeping all four communities safe, functional, and presentable.
This position requires someone who understands that in Assisted Living, maintenance is not only about the building—it directly contributes to the safety, comfort, and quality of life of our residents.
