Seven24 Collective & Gansevoort Meatpacking Hotel are looking a Host / Server to join our FOH Team!
Responsibilities:
- Be punctual: Arrive on time
- Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive at the Member's Club
- Escort members and guests to their tables, provide them with menus
- Take guest food and drink orders and enter order into the POS system
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized station
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a host + server in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills to graciously and effectively interact with members and guests and other members of the team
- Ability to handle discreet situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Able to work independently, show initiative, and be a self-starter

Compensation is $18 per hour + tips.
