Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse & RN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various healthcare settings and possess a strong skill set to provide quality patient care.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide wound care and perform dressing changes
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on health management
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in urgent care, hospice care, critical care, or memory care is preferred
- Proficiency in airway management and neonatal ventilator support
- Ability to perform inhalation therapy as needed
- Familiarity with PCC or similar electronic health records system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as a teaching hospital
