What You'll Do
- Design and sell cabinetry solutions using 2020 Design.
- Achieve sales and gross margin goals while building lasting customer relationships.
- Consult with customers and prepare accurate designs, estimates, and proposals.
- Manage cabinet projects from consultation through order completion.
- Conduct in-home and job-site measurements as needed.
- Develop new business with homeowners, builders, remodelers, and industry professionals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manufacturers to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain current knowledge of cabinetry products and design trends.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of cabinet design, consultative sales, or related kitchen and bath experience.
- Proficiency with 2020 Design and preparing cabinet layouts, estimates, and quotes.
- Ability to read floor plans, measurements, and construction drawings.
- Strong sales, customer service, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and projects with accuracy.
- Experience with CRM software; Salesforce preferred.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
