NOW HIRING: Part-time trainer
HIGHLIGHTS: We are seeking a personal trainer with strong knowledge base, engaging personality, and great team work to deliver client-centric small group personal training for a thriving Alloy Personal Training studio in West Plano. Looking for candidates with availability in the evenings.
COMPENSATION: Hourly pay based on experience level between $25 and $28 per hour.
YOU WILL THRIVE AT ALLOY: The personal trainers are the key to the excellent service we provide our clients. You will be part of a small team of 2-3 other trainers that deliver premium personal training to our local clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver personal training and coaching to clients
- Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together”
- Encourage and provide accountability to clients
- Communicate regularly with team
- Other duties as assigned
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in personal training
- Must hold a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, CSCS, ISSA, NCCPT, NCSF, ACE, etc. OR a BA in Kinesiology or Exercise Science)
- Desire to help others achieve their health and wellness goals
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Morning, evening, and weekend hours
