What you'll do
- Mix and serve cocktails, beer, and wine to spec with speed and consistency in a high-volume setting
- Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere — you're the face of Rocky's and the energy behind the bar
- Know the menu cold: cocktails, draft list, wines by the glass, and food, including allergens
- Keep the bar stocked, clean, and DOH-compliant before, during, and after service
- Guide guests, make recommendations, and drive sales of premium offerings
What you bring
- 2+ years bartending in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and beer
- Composure and hustle under pressure; strong communication with the team
- Availability for nights, weekends, and game days
Pay: $11.35 - $15.00 per hour
