Employee will be doing AR and general accounting.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUN OF 3 YEARS ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Accounts Receivable
- Process Customer invoices
- Record Customer Payments
- Process Customer invoicing and payments for Credit Cards
- Process day to day accounting transactions including POS entries
- Run Accounting Reports
- Communicate with sales
- Update customer accounts
- Prepare bank deposits
- Responsibilities include other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have extensive accounting experience and solid communication skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 Years of strong Accounting / Bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Business Accounting Systems
- Computer proficient
- Ability to prioritize work
- Must have Strong Attention to Detail
- Must be able to work well with others
