WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking an Ambulatory Clinic Nurse for a full-time contract assignment in Bronx, NY.
Monday-Friday, 9am-4:30pm
- Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team and coordinate health care services for assigned programs.
- Arrange medical services and issue medical referrals as needed.
- Provide follow-up on medical issues for individuals served.
- Conduct training for staff in medical administration, personal hygiene, basic first aid, dental hygiene, infection control, adaptive equipment, vital signs, signs and symptoms of illness, and other necessary in-services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and annual reviews as required.
- Monitor required staff health records and provide tests in accordance with regulatory agency requirements.
- Provide immediate first aid with referrals to outside emergency services or private physicians.
- Participate in routine individual case reviews.
- Prepare and maintain medical documentation for each person served.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 2 years of experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory
