Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Execution: Administer daily medications, clinical treatments, and therapeutic interventions with flawless technical precision.
- Resident Assessment: Actively monitor, evaluate, and anticipate shifts in resident health status, responding proactively to changing needs.
- Person-Centered Care: Implement specialized, individual care plans while fostering respectful and communicative relationships with residents and their families.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner cohesively with our culinary, wellness, and leadership teams to maintain a five-star standard of living.
- Regulatory Documentation: Maintain pristine, accurate, and timely electronic health records in compliance with state standards.

Qualifications
- Credentials: Valid, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Experience: Previous experience in luxury senior living, geriatrics, or long-term care is highly valued, but a stellar attitude and a sharp mind matter most.
