Position Summary Alpine Slicing is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the facility's Food Safety and Quality programs. This position is responsible for overseeing quality systems, food safety initiatives, audits, training programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. The Quality Manager works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Sanitation teams to ensure the highest standards of product quality and food safety are maintained throughout the facility.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee food safety, quality assurance, sanitation, and compliance programs.
- Manage product testing, environmental monitoring, corrective actions, audits, and quality documentation.
- Supervise, coach, train, and support Quality Control and Sanitation team members while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Investigate quality concerns, customer complaints, and food safety issues while implementing effective corrective actions.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Warehousing, and other departments to improve processes and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate customer, regulatory, and certification audits while ensuring ongoing compliance.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Dairy Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, Laboratory Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Prior management, supervisory, team leadership, or project leadership experience preferred.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMPs, food safety programs, quality systems, and regulatory requirements preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience developing, coaching, and supporting employees in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic recordkeeping systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to regularly walk production areas and conduct facility inspections.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in manufacturing, warehouse, and refrigerated environments. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule
- Day Shift Monday – Friday
- Occasional weekends and after-hours support as needed.
- Full-Time Position.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
