Job Description
· General Facility Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of offices, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and other public areas. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
· Window Cleaning: Clean windows, glass doors, and partitions with proper techniques and equipment to ensure streak-free, polished surfaces.
· Restroom Maintenance: Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors; replenish supplies such as soap, towels, and toilet paper.
· Floor Care: Sweep, mop, buff, and deep clean various types of flooring (tile, carpet, hardwood) using appropriate products and machines.
· Trash & Recycling: Collect and dispose of waste and recyclables in compliance with facility guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of recycling and waste areas.
· Supply Management: Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report inventory needs to management.
· Use of Environmentally Friendly Products: Employ eco-friendly solutions and methods for all cleaning tasks.
· Safety and Security: Follow all company procedures regarding safety, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment. Ensure premises are secure during and after shift.
· Customer Service: Respond courteously to client inquiries or requests; report any facility damages or maintenance needs to management promptly.
Requirements
· Reliable transportation to and from job sites
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other staff
· Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand, bend, and move for extended periods
· Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required—training provided
· Must pass a background check
