Hammer & Nails Men's Grooming – Dallas Area Locations (Multiple openings with more locations coming soon)

As a Hairstylist or Barber at Hammer & Nails, you’ll deliver precision cuts, signature shaves, beard grooming, scalp treatments, and facial treatments using premium tools and products in a relaxing, masculine setting. Every service you provide helps our clients walk out more confident—ready to be the best version of themselves.
We equip our licensed artists with ongoing training, the best tools in the industry, and a steady membership client base so you can focus on your artistry and building lasting relationships. You’ll also have the opportunity to be cross-trained in nail treatments, increasing your marketability and enabling you to become a true one-stop-shop for your guests.

Requirements
- Active Texas Cosmetology or Barber license
- Passion for men’s grooming and delivering premium service
- Strong technical skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Genuine ability to build meaningful relationships with clients — because lasting connections are what create loyal guests and dedicated members
- Ability to work flexible schedules, weekends required (Friday AND Saturday and/or Sunday)
