The College of Health and Behavioral Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas is seeking a Graduate Research Assistant to support faculty research, data collection, program initiatives, and administrative projects during the fall and spring semesters. This position requires up to 20 hours per week and offers graduate students valuable hands-on experience in research, collaboration, and professional development within a multidisciplinary academic environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize scholarly findings
- Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data
- Support the preparation of research reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals
- Ensure compliance with institutional and ethical guidelines
- Assist with dissemination activities, including publications
- Assist faculty administrators with the management of research projects
- Perform other research-related duties as assigned to support college priorities

Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelors Degree Required
Applicants must be full time-students who maintain good academic standing with a minimum 3.0 cumulative and major GPA and meet minimum enrollment requirements of 9 credit hours per term.
