What You'll Do
- Manage daily operations, budgets, and staffing for multiple properties.
- Coordinate resident move-ins, lease signings, onboarding, and renewals.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and unit turnovers.
- Address resident concerns and enforce lease compliance professionally and consistently.
- Monitor property conditions, safety needs, and capital improvement needs.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Supervise maintenance and janitorial staff.
- Coordinate with the Occupancy Department regarding tenant documentation and apartment showings.
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in property management, multi-family housing, affordable housing, real estate, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to serving residents.
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software preferred.
- Ability to work independently, handle emergencies, and interact professionally with diverse populations.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform routine property inspections.
