We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Physician Outreach Specialist to develop relationships with physician practices and healthcare providers throughout the community. This role focuses on educating medical professionals about clinical research opportunities and helping identify patients who may benefit from participating in clinical trials.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and passionate about healthcare. This position combines healthcare marketing, physician relations, business development, and patient recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with physician offices, specialists, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers to discuss active clinical trials and referral opportunities.
- Educate physicians and office staff on how clinical research can extend treatment options and enhance patient care.
- Develop referral partnerships that generate qualified patient leads for clinical studies.
- Present study opportunities to healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Coordinate outreach campaigns, marketing initiatives, and networking events.
- Track physician interactions, referrals, and outreach activities in company systems.
- Collaborate with recruitment and clinical teams to support enrollment goals.
- Identify new opportunities to expand awareness of clinical research throughout the region.
Pay: $25.38 - $35.00 per hour
