Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate a highâ€'performing sales team

Manage daily showroom operations and sales processes

Drive performance in volume, gross, and customer satisfaction

Oversee deal structure, desking, and inventory strategy

Ensure compliance with Audi, VW and Volvo brand standards and sales programs

Support a premium customer experience from first contact to delivery

Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience as an Auto Sales Manager or in a similar role within the automotive industry required.

Import or luxury brand experience strongly preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

Proven track record in sales performance and team development

Ability to thrive in a fastâ€'paced, customerâ€'focused environment

The ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
