Must-Haves:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience or strong mechanical background
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to wear a half-face respirator - must be clean shaven

Day-to-Day:
- Operate and monitor thin film coating equipment in a clean room environment
- Manage and oversee two coating chambers at the same time
- Set up equipment and materials for production runs
- Monitor process readings such as pressure, temperature, and coating performance
- Verify production paperwork and document process data accurately
- Perform quality checks and basic testing of coated products
- Replace worn components and assist with minor equipment maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and communicate concerns to supervisors and engineers
- Work closely with technicians, engineers, and production teams to meet production goals
- Participate in daily quality and production meetings
