Empava Marketing Manager Job Description
Empava is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and oversee integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social, public relations, and product marketing. This role is critical to driving brand visibility, supporting product launches, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communication across all channels.
This position requires a Marketing Manager who can bridge strategy and execution, overseeing initiatives from concept through completion, managing internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all marketing efforts are aligned, on time, and effectively executed.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, public relations, and product marketing, owning initiatives from concept through completion
· Manage and develop internal marketing teams, including oversight of social media strategy and execution
· Serve as the primary liaison to the public relations agency and media, managing external communication and ensuring timely delivery of assets for media initiatives and news releases
· Oversee cross-functional coordination across internal teams and partners, ensuring alignment on marketing strategy, execution, and deliverables
· Drive product messaging and positioning across all marketing channels
· Identify and lead strategic opportunities to elevate the brand through partnerships, campaigns, and industry moments (e.g., trade shows, awards, trends)
· Lead trade show marketing efforts (e.g., The Kitchen & Bath Industry Show), including guiding booth design direction, coordinating with show organizers and vendors, and overseeing logistics and on-site execution, while serving as the on-site brand lead for media and partner engagement
· Coordinate with global teams across time zones, with flexibility to align with international team working hours as needed to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
· Oversee marketing performance and deliver strategic reporting and insights to the CEO

· Strong understanding of consumer products (home, kitchen, bath, or related industries preferred)
· Ability to confidently and professionally represent the brand when engaging with media and partners
· Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and external agencies
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
· 7–10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in appliances, home, or lifestyle brands
· Experience leading public relations and media relations efforts
· Experience managing agencies and external partners
· Familiarity with content planning tools, analytics platforms, and marketing reporting systems
· Experience leading product launches and trade show execution
