Pay & Schedule

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle all aspects of Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, matching purchase orders with invoices, and preparing checks for signature
- Ensure accounts payable transactions are accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Prepare bank deposit slips and accurately post transactions
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and use tax filings
- Compile and review payroll timesheets for accuracy
- Reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports
- Review Accounts Receivable on a monthly basis and follow up on overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate accounting and financial records
- Communicate with internal contacts and customers as needed regarding accounting and payment information
What We’re Looking For
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is helpful but not required
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience with payroll processing
- Excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing work demands and follow through with minimal direction
- Experience in administrative or customer service work is a plus
