We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred.
- Culinary experience or kitchen experience is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial.
