Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, prepare drinks efficiently, and adhere to Candy Cloud standards.
- Complete assigned tasks promptly, including stocking inventory and maintaining cleanliness.
- Follow standardized recipes and techniques, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Maintain a sanitized work environment and adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Handle orders, including curbside and pickup, accurately and promptly.
- Communicate efficiently with team members and adapt to changes.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to food safety guidelines
Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $13.50/hour + pooled tips
Our team typically earns an additional $2–$4 per hour in tips, bringing average total earnings to approximately $15–$17 per hour, depending on sales and shifts.

Schedule Expectations
This position primarily supports our morning operations. Morning start times may fluctuate based on business needs, with shifts typically beginning between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Candidates must be available to consistently work morning shifts and commit to year-round employment..
