As a Medical Assistant, you’ll support our NPs working remotely and cardiologists by:
- Preparing patients for telehealth visits
- Managing pre- and post-visit workflows
- Ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.
- Verify visit readiness
- Assist with medication reviews
- Coordinate testing and referrals
- Facilitate communication across teams to deliver seamless care.

Requirements
- Proven experience in outpatient clinics or hospital settings with familiarity in cardiology or related specialties such as internal medicine or geriatrics.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to cardiovascular health.
- Demonstrated ability to perform intake assessments, monitor vital signs accurately, and support medication administration protocols.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and compliance standards.
- Ability to thrive in fast-outpatient settings.
