We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Shipping Operations Specialist to oversee and execute our daily fulfillment process. In this fast-paced role, you will serve as the engine of our supply chain—ensuring accurate order preparation, precise label generation, and efficient packing so our products reach customers safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
Fulfillment & Packing
- Organize and pack customer orders quickly and accurately according to order specifications.
- Inspect outgoing goods to ensure quality standards and proper packaging materials are utilized.
- Maintain high order accuracy rates in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting.
Shipping Logistics & Labeling
- Generate and print shipping labels
- Coordinate daily carrier pickups and ensure all packages are sorted and staged correctly for transport.
- Troubleshoot shipping errors, address validation issues, and carrier delays proactively.
Inventory & Warehouse Organization
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, packing station, and storage area.
- Monitor shipping supplies (boxes, tape, dunnage, labels) and report reorder needs to management before stock runs low.
- Assist with incoming inventory receiving, stock audits, and shelf replenishment as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, order fulfillment, or e-commerce operations preferred.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional focus on accuracy; strong ability to spot small discrepancies in SKUs and order quantities.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using computer-based shipping platforms, inventory management systems
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages throughout the shift.
- Work Ethic: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight daily shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
